About the role

The Senior Brand Manager – Liquefy is responsible for leading profitable growth across assigned Liquefy brands and portfolios,



with a particular focus on portfolio strategy, brand planning, innovation, commercial delivery and cross-functional leadership.
The role owns key brand and category outcomes across Go Natural, SUP and Bounce, translating consumer, retailer and category insights into explicit strategies, high-impact NPD pipelines, compelling go-to-market plans and measurable commercial results.

The role also supports the General Manager – Liquefy by building brand capability, coaching team members, improving execution discipline and ensuring all brand activity is commercially grounded, insight-led and compliant.

The main responsibilities will include:

- Leading brand strategy, innovation and portfolio growth.
- Deliver commercial results through effective planning, budgeting and execution.
- Drive integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Uncover growth opportunities through consumer, category and retailer insights.
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to bring brands to life.
- Coach and inspire teams while championing high performance.
- Ensure compliance with brand, regulatory and governance standards.

Desired Skills and Experience

About you

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related discipline preferred.
- Typically 5+ years of relevant brand / marketing experience, including experience owning plans, budgets, campaigns and innovation delivery.
- Experience within FMCG, health and wellness, supplements, pharmacy, grocery or adjacent consumer goods categories preferred.
- Strong agency, supplier and stakeholder management capability.
- Solid NPD project leadership, with confidence working through stage-gate processes and cross-functional decision-making
- People leadership or demonstrated project leadership experience preferred.
