Centre Director required for an immediate start

Daystars Killara ELC is currently seeking a Centre director /nominated supervisor to join our beautiful 43place early learningcentre. We are seeking candidates for the role of Nominated Supervisor / ed leader to manage the centreASAP.

This lovely centre is located in a quiet and beautiful leafysuburb Killara . We havea large outdoor play area, as well as spaciouswell resourced indoor and outdoor playareas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Diploma or and ECT.

About the role

Lead and support the centre team and ensure the centre complies with the NQF, Education and Care Service National Regulation/Law and Centre policies at all times.

Diploma of Children's Services

Hold a current First Aid Certificate

At leastone-yearmanager experiences as 2IC with leadership management experiences willing to go up next step.





Experienced working with children aged 0-5

Be confident planning and programming for children aged 0-5

Be confident dealing with parents and families on a day to day basis

Be available to work on the displayed days and times

Be looking to commit to a role long-term.

Maintain Centre budgets, the daily operational performance and administration requirements

Manage enquiries, centre tours and recent enrolments

Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, community services.

Develop and apply rosters that show a continuity of care

Conduct team meetings on a regular basis

Attend professional development trainings and workshops

Promote the service within the local community.
