We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and driven Dentist to join our current practice in Castle hill/Kellyville.
Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
Remuneration: Retainer and Commission
The Opportunity
- 2-5 years private practice experience

This is not a "fill the chair" role. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the practice and take ownership of their development.
Remuneration
- 35-40% commission (based on experience & skill set)
- Minimum weekly retainer available for first 3-6 months (subject to performance review)
- Structured review at 3 and 6 months

- Provide comprehensive general dentistry with a patient-first approach
- Build rapport and long-term relationships with patients
- Maintain high clinical standards with accurate documentation and ethical care
- Work collaboratively with the principal dentist and multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrate strong communication and case-presentation skills

What We Are Looking For
You must:
- Be confident in general, surgical and restorative dentistry
- Have strong communication & case presentation skills
- Be comfortable discussing comprehensive treatment plans
- Be motivated to build long-term patient relationships
- Be open to mentorship and structured performance feedback
- Have current AHPRA registration & Australian work rights
- Be willing to work across both locations if required
Interest or experience in the following is highly regarded:
- Understands that building a patient base takes time and consistency
- Is commercially aware and motivated
- Wants stability and long-term growth rather than short-term percentage gains
