Seashells Hospitality Group is a leading Western Australian accommodation provider, managing a portfolio of premium apartment and resort-style properties across the state. We are seeking a dynamic, commercially minded, and hands‐on Property Manager to lead operations at Nautica Residences by Seashells while supporting additional accommodation assets across Perth.

About the Role

/n

Based at Nautica Residences in Hillarys, you will be responsible for the day‐to‐day operation of the property while also overseeing our East Fremantle accommodation asset and liaising with two additional locations operating in the short‐stay and Airbnb accommodation sector.

/n

You will be regularly travelling between locations to inspect apartment standards, identify maintenance requirements, review operational performance, and ensure every property is maintained to the highest standard. Your attention to detail and commercial acumen will play a key role in protecting and enhancing owner returns.

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Manage the day‐to‐day operations of Nautica Residences by Seashells.

/n

- Conduct regular inspections of apartments and common areas to maintain exceptional presentation standards.

/n

- Monitor property performance, occupancy, revenue, expenses, and guest satisfaction.

/n

- Liaise with owners, guests, contractors, housekeeping teams, and service providers.

/n

- Coordinate maintenance works and capital improvement projects.

/n

- Support the management and optimisation of Airbnb and short‐stay accommodation listings.

- Ensure all accommodation listings remain accurate, competitive, and professionally presented.

/n

- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and owner returns.

/n

- Prepare operational and financial performance reports.

/n

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.

About You

/n

The ideal candidate will have:

/n

- Experience in property management, hospitality management, accommodation operations, or short‐stay accommodation.

/n

- Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to understand budgets, occupancy trends, and operating performance.

/n

- An exceptional eye for detail and property presentation.

/n

- A hands‐on approach and willingness to travel between locations.

/n

- Outstanding communication and relationship management skills.

/n

- Solid organisational and time management abilities.

/n

- A proactive, solutions‐focused attitude.

/n

- Current WA Driver's Licence.

/n/n
