The Opportunity:

Our client is a long-standing and well-respected name in the WA civil and mining services sector, known for delivering high-quality results across metro and regional projects. With a robust pipeline of work and a practical, boots-on-ground safety culture, they are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join their growing team.

Working across a range of civil construction projects including road construction, bulk earthworks, drainage, concrete works and infrastructure developments.

Responsible for supporting safe project delivery, coordinating site activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements and maintaining strong communication with contractors, supervisors and stakeholders.

The Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience in a similar HSE role within civil, mining, or construction environments.




Strong understanding of WA safety legislation and best practices.
Proven experience conducting site audits, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
Confident communicator with a practical, down-to-earth approach.
Ability to build trust and rapport with site crews and management.
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

ICAM Investigation qualification.
