Your New Role

/n

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead a specialist function responsible for enabling investment strategy to flow efficiently, accurately and compliantly across the entire investment lifecycle. You'll oversee critical operational capabilities including:

- Investment Operations & Strategic Partnership Management;

/n

- Investment Control;

/n

- Investment Data Management & Reporting; and

/n

- Investment Analytics.

You'll also lead key strategic relationships across custodians, technology providers, regulators and industry partners to ensure a scalable and future-ready investment operating model.

/n

Some responsibilities include:

/n

/n

- Drive operational excellence, control effectiveness and service delivery across the investment lifecycle;

/n

- Champion investment data governance and analytics capabilities;

/n

- Strengthen risk management frameworks and first-line accountability;

/n

- Oversee strategic third-party service provider relationships and enterprise investment platforms;

/n

- Identify emerging industry, regulatory and technology trends and translate them into business outcomes; and

/n

- Influence senior executives and key stakeholders across Investments, Technology, Finance, Risk and Operations.

How do you exceed our expectations?

- Significant leadership experience across investment operations, investment servicing or investment platform environments;

/n





- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Business, Finance or a related discipline;

/n

- CPA or CA qualifications highly regarded;

/n

- Strong understanding of investment lifecycle processes, governance and operating models;

/n

- Deep experience managing strategic external service providers and enterprise platforms;

/n

- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks within financial services, including APRA-regulated environments;

/n

- You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
