This role offers opportunities to work in general Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT, Therapy, diagnostic CT, and Theranostics as they become available. You will also maintain and advance your Radiopharmacy skills through in‑house compounding for most nuclear medicine, PET and therapy radiopharmaceuticals.
The position is full‑time with rotating on‑call roster and part‑time negotiable. All sites conduct their own radiopharmacy operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in various nuclear medicine modalities (PET/CT, therapy, diagnostic CT, etc.)
- Prepare, manage and dispense radiopharmaceuticals with in‑house compounding
- Maintain patient safety protocols and quality standards in a clinical environment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver high‑quality service
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Medical Radiation Science, specializing in Nuclear Medicine
- Full AHPRA registration with no imposed conditions or limitations
- Excellent communication, time‑management and teamwork skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, deliver high‑quality work, and maintain sharp attention to detail
- Professional personal presentation and a passion for patient care
