About the Opportunity

As one of our Personal Care Assistants (Living Support Partners) you will be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team committed to creating a welcoming, professional and caring workplace for the residents of St Vincent’s Care Toowoomba. Qualifications and Requirements

- CertificateIII in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications – essential
- 6months+ experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience – highly regarded
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) and the ability to maintain excellent records
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) and NDIS Worker Screening Check – required
