Climateframe Double Glazing is a leading window and door manufacturer in Perth, producing both aluminium and uPVC windows and doors from two separate locations in Gnangara and Landsdale. We are expanding our aluminium section to a new facility and are looking for an experienced window and door professional to manage all aspects of this site. The role will be the senior person at the facility, with full autonomy and responsibility for all aluminium deliverables.

Responsibilities

- Day to day management of the factory and field installation works
- Quality control of window and door manufacturing
- HR and HSE management
- Process checking and ordering material
- Resource planning with a high level confidence in scheduled deliverables
- Assist sales team with quoting and technical assistance




- Interaction with the wider Climateframe staff to control administrative and scheduling requirements
- Maintain and develop robust client relationships
- Deliver high level service and quality outcomes for all clients
