- Greet and welcome all guests on arrival, providing a friendly first impression.
- Manage check‑in and check‑out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Answer enquiries and assist with bookings for accommodation, dining and activities.
- Handle phone calls, messages and guest requests with professionalism.
- Provide information on resort services, local attractions and special events.
- Assist with payments and cashiering duties including EFTPOS, credit card and cash.
- Maintain a tidy, professional reception area and support smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts or guest services desirable.
- Strong communication and guest relations skills with a customer‑first mindset.
- Ability to multitask, stay organised and work effectively in a busy environment.
- Knowledge of reservation systems or similar technology an advantage.
- Flexibility to work a 7‑day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
