Business Banking Manager 3 Broker
Join the Regional & Agribusiness team, contributing to key business priorities and continuously improving how we serve our customers.
Responsibilities
- Assess economic value and risk potential of new business
- Liaise with commercial brokers to manage customer relationships
- Educate customers about their business options and provide sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth
- Proactively leverage networks of internal and external contacts to identify new referral opportunities
- Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in your local market
- Talk to customers about their proposed annual business plans
- Prepare and submit customer lending proposals
Qualifications
- Strong prior demonstrated experience within business banking and/or credit assessment
- Comprehensive understanding of business and commercial practices with significant emphasis on sales, lending, credit assessment and control experience
- Proven track record of quickly establishing and maintaining robust, positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders internally and externally
- A commitment to strong risk culture, conduct and compliance risk
