In this role, you'll:
Design, develop, publish and maintain high-quality digital content from concept through to delivery, supporting end-to-end content strategies and seamless user journeys across key programs and projects.
Working closely with project teams, change professionals, communications specialists and stakeholders, you will translate complex information into easy, intuitive digital experiences that support project objectives and improve the user experience.
You'll use audience insights, analytics and feedback to continuously improve content effectiveness, while ensuring consistency with Transport's brand, editorial standards and accessibility requirements.
You are an experienced digital content professional with a strong track record delivering customer-focused content in complex project, program or organisational environments.
You can translate complex information into clear and engaging content, build productive stakeholder relationships and provide sound advice to support project outcomes.
You are adaptable, resilient and able to balance competing priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes to tight timeframes.
You use insights, data and sound judgement to solve problems, improve outcomes and continuously enhance the user experience.
You'll bring
Experience developing and publishing digital content across a range of channels and platforms.
Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
Experience using Content Management Systems (CMS) to create, publish and maintain digital content.Knowledge of content design, accessibility standards,Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)and digital best practice.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and work collaboratively across diverse groups.
Experience using analytics and insights to evaluate and improve content performance and user experience.
Experience managing competing priorities and delivering outcomes within agreed timeframes.
Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience
