Business Development Executive – Sydney / Melbourne

Linde Material Handling, part of the KION Group, is opening a position for a Business Development Executive to join our Sales Team. The role focuses on generating recent business opportunities, reactivating dormant accounts, and expanding our presence across key customers in NSW and VIC.

Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and grow key accounts across NSW
- Build strong customer relationships and identify key decision‑makers
- Support sales growth in partnership with Business Development and Territory Managers
- Develop customer‑focused proposals and solutions




- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reporting
- Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities
- Travel interstate as required

Qualifications

- Certificate IV or Diploma in Business, Administration or Management (desirable)
- Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using ERP and CRM systems
- Strong problem‑solving skills and customer‑focused approach
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
