Speech Pathologist | Paediatrics & Early Intervention
Competitive salary + bonus, Relocation opportunities, Clear growth corridors
Are you a Speech Pathologist who lights up at the thought of real, tangible breakthroughs - the first word, the first shared smile, the moment a family finally exhales? This is more than just another clinical role. It's a chance to join a well-established, multidisciplinary allied health team that genuinely backs its people, working alongside children and young people to help them reach milestones that matter.
This organisation is known for investing in its people for the long haul — internal promotion is prioritised wherever possible, and clinicians are given transparent, structured growth corridors so you always know what your next step looks like and how to get there. Add in a salary aligned with market plus a performance bonus, a generous CPD allowance, and professional indemnity and registration costs covered, and it's easy to see why clinicians stay and grow here rather than look elsewhere.
Benefits & perks:
- Salary aligned with market rates + performance bonus program
- Generous CPD allowance + paid professional development leave
- Professional indemnity and registration/membership costs covered
