Eternal Disability Care (EDC) is a registered NDIS provider specializing in complex and high care needs. We are looking for an experienced, passionate leader to join us as a full-time, in office Service Manager in Tweed Heads!
In this role, you will lead our local care teams, oversee day-to-day group home operations, and ensure high-quality, person-centred support across our Supported Independent Living (SIL) houses.
Key Responsibilities
Managing rosters, supervising House Supervisors/Coordinators, NDIS compliance, and coordinating participant intake.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Background in NDIS disability services, SIL guidelines, and complex high-care needs.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage, mentor, and coordinate rosters for frontline care teams.
- Skills: Strong understanding of positive behaviour support strategies and NDS compliance standards.
- Checks: NDS Worker Screening, First Aid/CPR, and relevant qualifications in Community Services or similar.
