Position Detail

- Role: Civil Works Supervisor
- Location: Northam, WA (headoffice start each morning)
- Employment Type: Full time Permanent
- Hours: Monday to Friday|6:30 am– 2:30 pm

About the Role As the CivilWorks Supervisor, youwill lead byexample, promoting astrong safety culturewhile overseeing day-to-day civilconstruction activitiesacross multiple projectsites. You willbe responsible forensuringprojects are deliveredsafely, efficiently, onschedule, and tothe highest qualitystandards.

Job Description

- Supervise daily operationsacrosscivil construction sites.
- Coordinate and allocatelabour, plant, andmaterials.
- Lead site crewsto achieve safety, quality, and productivitytargets.
- Ensure compliance withWHS legislation,environmental requirements, company procedures, andclient expectations.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress,



variations, and programperformance.
- Conduct toolboxtalks, pre-startmeetings, and siteinductions.
- Maintain accurate sitedocumentation, includingdaily reports, timesheets, safety records, and plant logs.
- Ensure plant andequipment are operatedsafely, with allrequired inspections completed.
- Identify and managesite hazards, risks, and correctiveactions.
- Mentor and developsite personnel whilecontributing to continuousimprovement initiatives.
- Provide regular projectupdates and reportsto the WorksManager.

About You To be successfulin thisrole, youwill have:

- Civil road construction and drainage experience
- A minimum of5 years' experience in a supervisoryor managementrole within civilconstruction or infrastructure.
- Construction White Card
- Current HR driver's licence
- Strong leadership, communication,and organisational skills.
- A proactive approachto safety andproject delivery.
