Permanent | Full-time | 12-hour rotating shifts (days & nights)

We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Service Officer (ESO) to join our HSE team at the Pinjarra Refinery. This role plays a critical part in protecting our people, assets and environment through effective emergency response, medical support and site security.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and respond to emergency incidents, alarms and medical events
- Act as on-scene commander for Level 1 incidents
- Maintain emergency readiness, equipment, vehicles and fixed fire systems
- Deliver emergency response, first aid and evacuation training and drills
- Provide emergency medical and first aid care and manage patient transfers
- Support site access control, security systems and asset protection
- Liaise with internal teams, contractors and external emergency agencies
- Conduct inspections, audits, investigations and post-incident reviews
- Contribute to continuous improvement in emergency management and safety practices

What you can bring to the role

- Certificate III in Emergency Response and Rescue /Mines rescue required
- Cert IV Health Care
- Drug and Alcohol Testing
- MS Office Skills/Computer Literate
- Current Police Clearance
