Legeneering currently have an exciting prospect for a Junior Structural Project Coordinator to join our team at Henderson on a permanent full-time basis.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesOverview:

- Provide accurate and timely project administration and coordination support.
- Maintain complete, accurate and accessible project documentation.
- Ensure project information is accurate and up to date.
- Support Project Coordinators to achieve safety, quality, cost and schedule objectives.
- Assist with procurement, material management and workshop coordination.
- Maintain effective communication between project stakeholders and internal departments.
- Demonstrate professionalism, initiative and a commitment to continuous improvement.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems.
- Problem-solving capability and initiative.
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Approximately 1-3 years of experience in project administration, fabrication, construction or engineering is desirable.
- Experience in fabrication or heavy industry is preferred.
- Oil & Gas, Marine or Defence experience is desirable.
