Bungree Aboriginal Association in Gosford is seeking an SHS Case Worker Identified role to deliver outcomes-based supports to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people experiencing homelessness or at risk.

The role reports to the SHS Team Leader and focuses on case management, advocacy, supported accommodation referrals, and collaborative service delivery with health providers and community organisations to sustain secure housing.
