We are looking for a Transport Administrator to join the Timbertruss Transport team based in Corio.

- Ensure an effective and accurate communication flow for Company staff and clients.
- Provide efficient and effective keyboard skills to undertake allocated clerical tasks.
- Liaise with customers on their delivery requirements and update information into the Timbertruss database on an ongoing basis.
- Liaise with the Transport Team Leader to confirm deliveries daily.
- Report any problems in the delivery process to the Transport Team Leader.
- Bringing jobs forward as required and maintaining manageable schedules for production and transport in the Timbertruss database.
- Receive calls, SMS and emails in relation to schedule changes and administering these changes in the Timbertruss database.
