Safety Training Superintendent wanted for our Kalgoorlie Operations!

Our Kalgoorlie Operations are seeking an experienced Safety Training Superintendent to lead our in office Safety and Training team. This is a key leadership position responsible for driving the implementation of the NSMS Safety Management System while providing leadership, mentoring and direction to a team of safety and training professionals. You will play a critical role in fostering a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance, and supporting operational excellence across site.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

Experience:

- Multiple years of experience leading safety and/or training teams within the mining industry
- Extensive site-based experience in safety and training ideally within underground mining operations
- Exposure to mechanised hard-rock underground mining environments
- Detailed working knowledge of the relevant mining health and safety legislation
