National Pharmacies is seeking enthusiastic Pharmacy Assistants to join our Craigmore team and support our mission to deliver outstanding service and care to our members and customers.
In this role,you’llsupport theretail area of the pharmacybyensuring smooth daily operations,providethe best advice on our products and services anddeliver the experience our members and community expect.

Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and information to support our customers
Drive member and customer engagement, contributing to monthly membership sign-up targets.
Complete daily tasks in the retail section, prioritising customerserviceand maximising sales opportunities.
Achieve monthly sales budgets and maximise profitability through proactive selling and merchandising.
Ensure operating standards are followed during retail sales and stock management.
Support pharmacy services to maximise sales and customer care.
Provide solutions and alternatives to customer enquiries, referring to the pharmacist asrequired.
Follow Pharmacy Medicines (S2) and Pharmacist Only Medicines (S3) protocols in every interaction.
Ensure date checking and rotation of stock to minimise wastage.
Set up retail promotional activities and planograms in line with marketing campaigns and merchandise team templates.
Maintain compliance with legislation and documented operating policies and procedures.
Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions accurately
Ensure theretail area of the pharmacy is reflecting company standard by keeping the store neat and tidy.
Working collaboratively with yourteammatesandtakingaccountability for your own tasks and responsibilities set by your manager.
About You
Genuineinterest in health, wellbeing, and customer service.
Previousexperience in a pharmacy or retail environment (preferred but not essential)
Strong communicationand customer service skillsboth in person and over the phone.
Ability tothrive in a busy environmentby serving multiple customers at once and multi-tasking
A positive,collaborativeandteam-oriented attitude
Passion for retail and customer service
Community minded
Certificate II or III in Community Pharmacy (advantageousbut notrequired)
