We are seeking an organised, friendly, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our business.

Role

Part time / Flexible

Key Responsibilities

- Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage scheduling and appointments for clients and the management team
- Assist with customer enquiries, providing general information about our services
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Support office operations, including filing, data entry, and basic administrative tasks
- Coordinate communications between clients, landscape teams, and management




- Maintain inventory of office supplies and order as needed

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in ServiceM8, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
- Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and professional demeanour
- Interest or experience in landscaping or construction (preferred, but not required)
