About the role

We’re hiring casual Commis Chefs and Chefs de Partie in our Apollo Group Greek restaurant, Olympus Dining, located in Surry Hills.

Responsibilities

- As a Commis Chef: learn and rotate through sections, learn wood‑fire cooking from experienced chefs.
- As a Chef de Partie: run your own section through busy service, maintain high standards.

Qualifications

- Experience in a quality, high‑volume kitchen (must have run a section before).
- Genuine care about food and the people you cook with.
- Full working rights in Australia.
