The purpose of this role is to provides comprehensive asset and fleet administration support across the organisation, ensuring effective management of vehicles, properties, security access, and office facilities. The role is responsible for maintaining compliance, supporting operational efficiency, coordinating contractors and services, and delivering high-quality customer support to internal and external stakeholders.

This is a part time (0.6FTE), permanent position that will be based in the Perth CBD office.

Key responsibilities include:

- Manage the organisation’s motor vehicle fleet, including pool car bookings, vehicle allocations, lease management, servicing, registration renewals, fuel cards, parking access, fleet audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
- Coordinate fleet administration and reporting, including insurance claims, FBT logbooks, telematics data, servicing schedules, overdue service reminders, and updates to the Toyota Fleet Management system.
- Provide fleet support and continuous improvement, acting as the first point of contact for fleet-related enquiries, managing infringements, and implementing and maintaining fleet management procedures and processes.
- Manage office facilities and property operations, acting as the primary liaison with building management to coordinate facility matters, communicate flexi-parking updates, and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
- Oversee office equipment and workplace maintenance, including test and tag requirements, maintenance of office and kitchen equipment, servicing coordination, repairs, warranties, and replacement of faulty or outdated assets.




- Maintain facilities records and support continuous improvement, managing maintenance schedules, incident and communication records, procurement of new equipment, and reporting to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace environment.

About You

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to interact with internal and external customers to ensure an exceptional level of customer service and satisfaction
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a high attention to detail
- Proven ability to effectively prioritise and manage tasks
- The ability to work well both individually and in a team environment
- Driven and self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems as they arise.
- Current valid WA Drivers Licence and National Police Clearance.
