About the Opportunity

Our small boutique home operates on the traditional model of residential aged care combining both low and high care needs for our residents in our 43 bed facility. Set at the base of the Dandenong Mountains in beautiful Montrose, we thrive on being part of the community and fostering a family-like environment for our residents.

Position Purpose

To provide care to residents in accordance with care plans, Aged Care Standards and policies and procedures of Mercy Health; to provide accurate and timely documentation relevant to resident care; to work in consultation with other staff to provide relevant and timely information required for ACFI assessment and classification; and to participate in the quality process.

Responsibilities

- Provide care to residents in accordance with care plans, Aged Care Standards and policies and procedures.

Requirements

- Evidence of, or in the process of obtaining, an NDIS Screening Check or a current Police Check and application for an NDIS screening check.
- Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
