We’re looking for an experienced Centre Director to lead our team and continue building on the strong culture we’ve created at Kids Clubhouse Learn & Play.

As a family‑owned centre, we’ve always believed that the best services are built around great people. We have an experienced team, supportive families and a genuine passion for play and nature‑based learning.

Our current Director is stepping back into the Approved Provider role, creating an opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of the day‑to‑day running of the centre.

This is a role with genuine autonomy. We’re looking for someone who can take the ball and run with it. Someone who enjoys leading people, making decisions, solving problems and continually looking for ways to improve the service.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead, mentor and support our team of educators.
- Act as the Nominated Supervisor for the service.
- Build strong relationships with children, families and the wider community.
- Oversee compliance with the National Quality Framework, Child Protected Standards and all relevant legislation.
- Manage staffing, rostering, occupancy and the day‑to‑day operation of the centre.




- Champion our play and nature‑based philosophy.
- Drive continuous and meaningful improvement.
- Improve systems and processes where they genuinely make life easier for the team.

About You

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent).
- Previous experience as a Centre Director/Manager.
- Strong working knowledge of the NQF, EYLF and Child Safe Standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or a willingness to obtain them before commencing.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who enjoys developing people, builds positive relationships and takes pride in running a great centre.
