We're partnering with a leading Australian enterprise undergoing a significant data platform transformation. This is an chance to play a key role in modernising enterprise integration capabilities using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), while continuing to support critical PowerCenter workloads.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems and wants to remain deeply involved in engineering. While you'll contribute to technical direction, best practices and platform standards, this is not an architecture or management role. We're looking for someone who is passionate about building solutions and is still highly hands-on with the technology.

What you'll be doing

- Design, develop and support enterprise-grade data integration solutions using Informatica PowerCenter and IDMC.
- Build and optimise high-volume ETL/ELT pipelines across on-premise and cloud environments.
- Work closely with solution architects,



engineers and business stakeholders to deliver modern data integration capabilities.
- Drive engineering excellence by improving reliability, performance, security and operational support.
- Contribute to the adoption of AI-assisted development practices to improve coding, testing and documentation.
- Help establish technical standards and best practices while continuing to deliver code.

What we’re looking for

- Extensive commercial experience with Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).
- Proven experience designing and developing complex ETL/data integration solutions.
- Strong SQL skills working with large-scale enterprise datasets.
- Experience working across hybrid or cloud-based data platforms.
- Exposure to Git, Bitbucket and modern software delivery practices.
- Experience within large enterprise or regulated environments is highly regarded.
