What You’ll Do

As aTransport Modeller in our Integrated Transport & Mobility team,you’llcontributetoprojects and programs thatmake a real difference and be part ofateamthat embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.

- Deliver transport modelling projects or transport modelling inputs into projects;
- Workcollaborativelywith our Australasian transport modelling network to shareexperience,and ensure consistently high quality in ourprojects;
- Providetransport modelling technical advice to project teammembers;
- Build andmaintaineffective relationships with internal teams and external clients onprojects;
- Maintain a contemporary understanding of the requirements of our clients ensuring we are responsive as a business and able to build andmaintaineffectiverelationships;
- Keep up to date with developments in the transport modelling industry developing Aurecon and personal credibility; and
- Lead by example within a business that thrives on quality, encourages innovation and is clientfocussed.

What You’ll Bring

- Relevant engineering qualifications and experience in civil / transport engineering /science or a related discipline;
- At least5years’ experience in transport modelling,



withexpertiseand experience in a range of dynamic network and analytical traffic modelling packages including Aimsun and/orVISSIM;
- Demonstrated experience inmanaging& deliveringprojects and inputs intoprojects;
- Robust skills with data analysis andinterpretation;
- Strong communicationskills including good report writing ability;
- Ahigh attentiontodetailand be amotivated self-starter; and
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary environment.
