Kimberley Aboriginal Medical Services Ltd (KAMS) in Broome is seeking an Aboriginal Care Coordinator to implement care coordination for renal patients. The role includes education, facilitating access to services, and advocating for clients within the health system.

Based in Broome full time, you will work in clients’ homes and with multidisciplinary teams to improve access to mainstream primary health care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
