The Windsor Hotel, Dalby, part of Waymark Hotels, is seeking a Cook or Chef to join the team. Using only the freshest local produce, our restaurant is well known for its diverse and contemporary cuisine.

As a Chef / Cook, you will assist in maintaining an efficient kitchen, ensure high-quality meals prepared on time, and use fresh ingredients to prepare seasonal dishes. You will rotate stock, minimise wastage, and assist with menu changes as needed.
