Centacare North Queensland is seeking an experienced social services professional to join our Homelessness Services team in North Queensland. You will assess, refer and advocate for individuals and families at risk of homelessness, delivering early intervention and coordinated support.

You will work across intake, triage and outreach, building partnerships with community services while maintaining compliant records and participating in ongoing supervision and career development.
