Join our well-established Nambour clinic as the Office Manager and lead the day-to-day operations of a busy, high-performing allied health team.

This is a full-time role stepping into a clinic with strong systems, a supportive admin team, and 10+ clinicians including Physios, EPs, Podiatrists and Remedial Massage Therapists.

You’ll work closely with the Practice Leader to keep things running smoothly while leading a high-volume front desk environment with strong patient demand and third-party billing.

What You’ll Do

- Lead clinic admin operations and front desk performance
- Support and lead a team of 4 admin staff
- Oversee billing (HICAPS, Medicare/DVA, WorkCover, third party)
- Manage rostering, onboarding and training
- Monitor KPIs and support clinic performance
- Coordinate referrer relationships and clinic communication
- Identify ways to improve systems and workflow

About You

- Experienced in medical/allied health admin leadership
- Confident managing teams in a fast-paced, high-volume clinic
- Strong with systems, billing processes and organisation




- A proactive leader who enjoys improving processes and supporting team success
