Responsibilities

- Proactively discover and welcome new business opportunities across the Australian mining landscape (Cultivating Partnerships).
- Manage and nurture existing preferred supplier agreements with tier‑one mining clients (Account Management).
- Source and place high‑quality white‑collar professionals (Engineers, Project Managers, Site Managers, Estimators, Safety Professionals) (Full 360 Recruitment).
- Utilise business development and sales acumen to map talent and deliver innovative recruitment solutions (Strategic Growth).
- Maintain precise tracking of all recruitment activities within our robust internal systems (Operational Excellence).

Qualifications





- Dedicated to discovering new potential and resilient in fast‑paced, rewarding environments (Growth Orientation).
- Experience in mining or related engineering/construction sector is a plus; strong B2B experience and passion for learning new industries (Sector Appreciation).
- Deep understanding of off‑the‑tools recruitment, articulating value of degree‑qualified and supervisory‑level talent, often at senior level (White‑Crown Focus).
- Confident negotiator capable of influencing senior stakeholders and engaging top‑tier talent (Communication & Drive).
