Streamline Contracting is a rapidly growing Western Australian contractor delivering civil, construction and infrastructure projects across government, commercial, industrial and resource sectors.
As our project portfolio continues to expand, we're looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced workplace, enjoys mentoring people and has the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
With a strong focus on civil construction , you'll play a key role in delivering earthworks, drainage, concrete, roadworks, underground services and infrastructure projects while helping shape the continued growth of our operations.

About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient and successful delivery of multiple construction projects simultaneously, with a primary focus on civil construction works across metropolitan and regional Western Australia.
You will oversee multiple site teams undertaking earthworks, drainage, concrete, roadworks, underground services and associated infrastructure works. Working closely with Project Managers, clients and subcontractors, you will coordinate labour, plant, equipment and materials across several active projects, ensuring each is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to Streamline Contracting's high standards of quality.
As a key member of our operations team, you will proactively manage competing priorities, optimise resource allocation and provide leadership and mentoring to Leading Hands, tradespeople and site personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate multiple concurrent construction projects from commencement through to completion.
- Lead and mentor Leading Hands, tradespeople, operators, apprentices and subcontractors.
- Plan and coordinate labour, plant,
equipment and materials across multiple active projects.
- Deliver earthworks, drainage, concrete, roadworks, underground services and associated civil construction works.
- Monitor project programmes, productivity, budgets and resource utilisation.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections, toolbox meetings and pre-starts.
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, environmental requirements, quality systems and company procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Review drawings, specifications and construction methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports, site diaries, QA records and compliance documentation.
- Assist the Operations Manager with resource forecasting, project planning and scheduling.
- Identify and resolve operational issues before they impact programme, budget or client satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement and promote a culture of accountability, teamwork and excellence.
About You
You are an experienced construction professional who enjoys leading people and delivering successful projects. You have the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional safety, quality and client service standards.
You will ideally have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience supervising civil construction projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and site teams concurrently.
- Strong background in earthworks, drainage, concrete, roadworks and civil infrastructure.
- Proven leadership experience managing direct labour and subcontractors.
- Excellent planning,
organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Sound commercial awareness and problem-solving capability.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and construction programmes.
- Thorough understanding of WHS legislation, quality assurance and environmental management.
- Current White Card.
- Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence.
