These roles will see you working across a variety of rooms, including toddlers (1.5–2.5 years) and Kindergarten (3–5 years), supporting high-quality learning experiences and contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture. The Opportunity - Assistant Educators
- Work across multiple rooms supporting daily routines and learning
- Contribute to a play-based curriculum aligned with the EYLF
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Support the implementation of inclusive practices for all children
- Assist Room Leaders and Teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences
- Follow a rotating roster from 6:30am - 6:30pm, gaining exposure across age groups
About You - Assistant Educators
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
- Experience working with toddlers and/or kindergarten-aged children
- Strong understanding of the EYLF and early learning environments
- A collaborative, flexible, and positive approach
- Passion for building meaningful relationships with children and families
- Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
The Opportunity - Room Leaders
- Lead the daily operations of your room
- Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate learning programs
- Build strong relationships with children, families and the team
- Mentor and support educators to achieve best practice
- Ensure compliance with regulations, NQS and Aspire standards
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture
About You - Room Leaders
- Degree OR Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care with proven experience in a similar role
- Must be available to work rotating shifts between 6.30am and 6.30pm - 5 days a week
- Knowledge and understanding of Children's Services Regulations and National Quality Standards and EYLF
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Lead, inspire and motivate a team of educators
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high-quality care
- Current Working with Children check, First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, Food Handlers Certificate
