SN Services are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide dedicated, one-on-one support to a paediatric NDIS participant in a school setting, Monday through Friday.

This role involves delivering high-quality clinical and personal care throughout the school day, ensuring the participant can safely access their education while maintaining their health, wellbeing, and dignity.

This is a rewarding opportunity for nurses who are passionate about paediatric care, enjoy working in community settings, and value building consistent, supportive relationships that make a meaningful difference in a young person’s daily life.

About You:

You’ll bring strong clinical skills in PEG feeding and care, safe hoisting and manual handling, and precise medication management, with a sharp eye for monitoring and responding to any changes. Just as important is your ability to deliver care in a calm, gentle, and age-appropriate way—supporting the child’s comfort, dignity, and active participation in the school day.

Shifts:

Monday - Friday / 09:00am - 15:00pm
