About the Role
We are currently seeking suitably qualified and experienced All‑Round Plant Operators for ongoing work in the North West Pilbara Region on casual and fixed‑term contracts with attractive rates. Working Holiday Visa holders with eligible work rights can also apply.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment safely across the worksite while coordinating with other trades.
- Inspect and perform thorough pre‑start inspections and accurately complete daily log books.
- Follow Work Health Safety, Environment and Quality Policies and Procedures.
Requirements
- 2 years previous experience as a Plant Operator.
- Tickets for Excavator, Skid Steer, Front‑End Loader, Roller, and Water Cart.
- Current HR License (minimum),
HC license preferred.
- Construction White Card.
- Ability to pass ongoing random drug and alcohol testing.
- Strong time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise.
- Robust communication skills.
- Committed with an excellent work ethic.
- Positive attitude with an eye for detail.
Preferred
- HC/MC license.
Other Details
Ground Works out of the machine will be required.
Roster: 2 weeks on, one week off. Casual and fixed‑term contracts.
