Overview

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational, logistics and workplace activities at AdvanCell’s Richlands site.

The role is critical to ensuring laboratories, teams and workplace services are supported through the efficient coordination of deliveries, shipments, inventory, procurement administration and general site operations.

Working closely with the broader facilities team, you provide hands-on coordination across logistics, laboratory support, supplier coordination, workplace services and operational administration in a fast-paced and highly regulated workplace.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day operational, logistics and workplace activities at the Richlands site.
- Ensure laboratories, teams and workplace services are supported through the efficient coordination of deliveries, shipments, inventory, and procurement administration.
- Collaborate with the facilities team to provide hands-on coordination across logistics, laboratory support, supplier coordination, workplace services and operational administration.
- Operate in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
