Lead strategic engagement and communication initiatives across complex infrastructure, environmental, and energy projects. Work with a network of communication and engagement professionals across APAC to deliver community benefit.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of stakeholder and community engagement strategies and plans across a wide variety of projects.
- Manage and successfully deliver complex projects for clients.
- Develop and enhance client relationships, both existing and new growth areas.
- Proactively identify new opportunities and convert them into proposals and close sales.
- Contribute to high performing teams and drive delivery excellence.
- Significantly contribute to the development of thought leadership artefacts.
- Demonstrate management and leadership behaviours, coach and mentor people, role model behaviours.
- Contribute to the company's strategic direction.
Qualifications
- Formal qualifications in Social Science, Communications, Commerce or related fields; or appropriate transferable skills.
- Strong focus on client service and delivery.
- Strong organisational and problem solving skills with the capacity to be flexible and adaptable.
- Excellent writing skills and the capacity to produce high quality content for various audiences and mediums.
- Robust interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage community members and other key stakeholders.
- Self directed work capability.
- Sound judgement and decisiveness.
