About the Role

We are seeking an inspiring and experienced leader to join our Mental Health and Wellbeing Service as the Acute Community Intervention Service (ACIS) Manager . This is a unique opportunity to lead a specialist crisis response team, shaping service delivery and driving positive outcomes for consumers, carers and the community.

Responsibilities

- Provide strategic, clinical and operational leadership to a dedicated multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure delivery of high‑quality, recovery‑oriented and person‑centred care for individuals experiencing acute mental health crises.
- Influence service growth, champion clinical excellence, support workforce development, and build strong partnerships across health and community sectors.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to deliver innovative crisis intervention and community mental health care.

Qualifications

- Registered Nurse, Allied Health Professional, or Psychologist with experience in mental health or crisis care.
- Proven leadership experience in a mental health or community health setting.
- Strong clinical expertise and commitment to person‑centred care.
