About the Role
As a Clinic Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the clinic – leading your team, driving results,
and creating a culture where clients and team members feel valued and inspired.
Responsibilities
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a high‑performing team of skin, laser, and dermal therapists
- Overseeing clinic operations, ensuring exceptional service and clinical standards
- Driving clinic performance by managing KPIs, targets, and revenue growth
- Nurturing strong client relationships and building on our loyal clientele
- Partnering closely with the Franchise Owner to align on business strategy and success
What You Bring
- Proven leadership experience in a clinical, retail or beauty environment
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive and exceed KPIs
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- A genuine passion for aesthetics, people, and business growth
- Diploma of Beauty Therapy or higher (preferred)
