We are seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager for our Knox Performance Concept Store, working fixed weekly hours on selected weekdays and weekend days.
Responsibilities
- Managing, inspiring, and leading the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and an exceptional customer experience.
- Monitoring and analyzing performance data and making necessary adjustments to drive commercial success.
- Effectively managing all retail operations within a fashion store environment.
- Being a role model and leading your team for customer service and meeting/exceeding customers’ expectations.
- Guiding and training all team members within your assigned area on brand product knowledge and customer service.
- Coordinating team members to consistently execute and maintain established visual merchandising and in‑store communication standards.
- Coordinating team members to ensure efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock‑to‑floor process.
- Sharing best practices to drive overall store team performance.
Qualifications
- Solid retail sales background with a proven track record in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position, consistently achieving budgeted sales.
- Motivated, energetic, and passionate about achievement, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Retail leadership experience in men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear is highly regarded.
