I am currently seeking a Safety Advisor to join a well-established luxury developer-builder with a strong reputation across Southeast Queensland and a secure pipeline of landmark projects. The Role
You’ll be based on a luxury 20+ storey residential tower on the Gold Coast, with a strong pipeline of future projects already secured, providing excellent long‑term stability and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with project teams, subcontractors and senior management to drive positive safety outcomes.
Conduct site inspections, audits, incident investigations and risk assessments.
Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and ongoing safety training.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of WHS systems and procedures.

Ensure compliance with WHS legislation,



company standards and project requirements.

About You

Proven experience as a Safety Advisor within the Australian construction industry.
Previous experience on commercial, residential or high‑rise construction projects.
Strong understanding of WHS legislation, risk management and contractor engagement.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Practical, proactive and solutions‑focused approach to safety.

Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to the wider project team.
