RMR Projects is seeking a hands‑on, driven Site Supervisor / Foreman to join our

growing, passionate team.

You’ll be leading our boutique townhouse projects (4–5 residences, up to 4 storeys)

full concrete construction builds that demand precision and creativity.

About the Role

As Site Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of site operations from start to handover —

driving progress, managing trades, ensuring safety, and maintaining RMR’s uncompromising quality standards.

This role is leadership‑focused, not tool‑based, though you’ll stay close to the action with walk‑throughs, setups, and progress checks.

You’ll work closely with our Project and Construction Managers, backed by a responsive operations team, to ensure each project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the standard RMR Projects is recognised for.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all construction activities from site setup to handover
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, and deliveries to meet program milestones
- Lead toolbox meetings and ensure safety compliance across site operations
- Monitor and maintain quality control against plans, specs, and codes




- Communicate clearly with management on progress, variations, and
- Identify and resolve site issues promptly and effectively
- Uphold RMR’s benchmark standards for presentation, workmanship, and
- professionalism
- Provide feedback and ideas to continuously improve our build process

About You

- Minimum 5 years’ experience supervising townhouse or multi‑residential builds
- Robust trade coordination and leadership skills
- Thorough understanding of construction sequencing and residential methods
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills
- Confident using job management software (Buildertrend or similar)
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence & White Card (essential)
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and ability to lead by example
- Experience with boutique or custom builders is essential
