Role Description The Service Delivery Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Darwin, NT, responsible for overseeing the effective delivery of support services to clients. This role coordinates daily operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and resource allocation to ensure services are delivered on time and to a high standard.
The Service Delivery Manager works closely with staff to provide guidance, monitor performance, and support professional development, while fostering a culturally safe and inclusive environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client relationships, handling service issues, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
The role also involves reporting on service performance, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and policies, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimise service outcomes.

Qualifications

- Experience in service delivery or operations management, ideally in health, community services, or related sectors.

- Strong skills in team leadership, staff coordination, and performance management.
/n
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive client and stakeholder relationships.

- Understanding of, and commitment to, cultural safety, diversity, and inclusive practice.
/n
- Competence in planning, organising, and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment.
/n
- Sound problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
/n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and documentation.
/n
- Proficiency with common business software and service management tools.
/n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in management, health, social services, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
/n
- Ability to work on-site in Darwin, NT and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
