The purpose of the People Experience Program Lead is to drive alignment of people programs with business goals, while enhancing employee experience and driving HR operational excellence. Leveraging your HR and Organisational Design experience, you will lead the design and implementation of end-to-end people programs, leveraging human-centred design, data insights, and digital enablement to create meaningful and scalable employee and leader experiences.

Responsibilities
Design, deliver, and evolve high-impact people programs and experiences across the employee lifecycle, while optimising the processes and systems that enable them.
Lead end-to-end program design and implementation with a focus on human-centred design, data insights, and digital enablement.
Collaborate with the global HR team, the business, vendors, and stakeholders to design and implement programs and measure ongoing success through data and analytics.
Qualifications / Experience
Strong HR and Organisational Development expertise with the ability to solve complex, ambiguous challenges.
Experience delivering multiple measurable organisational outcomes that can scale for all EOS leaders and people.
Collaboration & Measurement
Partner with the global HR team to design and implement programs, measure ongoing success through data and analytics, and enhance HR services and processes.
