Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, the team drives innovation, modernises systems and processes, and enables strategic decision‐making through effective business analysis practices.

What You'll Do
/n
As a Business Analyst, you will act as the link between business stakeholders and technology teams, identifying business needs, analysing complex processes and translating requirements into practical solutions. You will contribute to strategic ICT initiatives and support the delivery of projects that drive business improvement and operational excellence.
/n
Your Responsibilities Will Include

- Leading business analysis activities across complex ICT initiatives.
/n
- Eliciting, documenting and managing business and system requirements.
/n
- Analysing and improving business processes and workflows.
/n
- Facilitating stakeholder workshops and engagement activities.
/n
- Developing business cases,
process maps and assurance documentation.
/n
- Conducting business process testing, usability assessments and business trials.
/n
- Providing strategic advice on business analysis methods, tools and processes.
/n
- Identifying opportunities for business improvement and organisational efficiency.
/n
- Mentoring team members and supporting knowledge transfer activities.
/n
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders to achieve project and business outcomes.

Must-Have Skills

- Requirements elicitation, analysis and management.

- Business process analysis and process design.

- ICT infrastructure and network knowledge.

- Traceability, governance and assurance documentation.

- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.

- Experience delivering business analysis outcomes within large and complex environments.

- Ability to analyse complex business problems and recommend practical solutions.

- Experience working within government or highly regulated environments.

- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.

- Relevant Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA, BABOK or equivalent).
