Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders from picking slips to ensure accurate preparation and timely delivery.
- Safely deliver customer orders to their designated locations using a company vehicle, ensuring professional service.
- Conduct pre‑delivery vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Serve customers and provide an outstanding customer experience.
- Put stock away and cleaned the yard to maintain a neat and tidy environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Valid driver’s licence and a protected driving record.
- Knowledge of timber and hardware is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Capability to undertake physical tasks safely.
- Good organisational skills and prioritisation ability.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute as a team member.
