Position Summary

Director, Rimini Products & Services is a senior leadership role responsible for organizational planning, resource and financial management, compliance, program management, and operational execution across the global Product Services organization. The Director is part of the global customer support leadership team and is accountable for delivering structured, repeatable implementation, managed services, support, and related services for Rimini Street security, interoperability, monitoring, and other product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide overall leadership for multiple global Product Services delivery teams distributed across North America, EMEA, Latin America, and Asia Pacific.
- Build, grow, and develop a solid, cohesive organization, monitoring skill requirements, supporting sourcing and hiring, and leveraging industry relationships to attract top talent.
- Develop internal and external relationships that increase visibility, credibility, and adoption of the Rimini Products & Services organization.
- Drive operational metrics, processes, and governance to ensure high‑quality services, efficient operations, and scalable growth.
- Deliver clear, compelling, executive‑level presentations at client, industry, sales, and leadership forums as an advocate for the company and Product Services.
- Establish and promote Project Management Office discipline, standards, and repeatable delivery practices.
- Inspire and guide Project Managers, Architects, Business Analysts, Technical Analysts, QA Engineers, Support Engineers, Regional Managers, and other team members to deliver on‑schedule, financially responsible projects.
- Manage client escalations during security incidents, providing timely assistance, leadership, and communication with client security teams, SOC teams, and executive stakeholders.
- Utilize AI and automation to improve implementation support services, enhance delivery efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve client outcomes.
- Identify, evaluate,



and collaborate with technology vendors and partners to enhance AI‑enabled capabilities.
- Maintain hands‑on knowledge of Rimini Street product offerings by testing and self‑study, contributing to roadmap decisions, and monitoring support cases for trends and improvement opportunities.
- Identify and disseminate lessons learned from implementations, escalations, and security incidents into repeatable processes and playbooks.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities

- Provide program management oversight of simultaneous projects, assisting Project Managers as necessary to ensure consistency and quality.
- Coordinate management team meetings with regional leadership and follow up on projects assigned by the Group Vice President – Rimini Products.
- Keep abreast of market trends and articulate their impact on the business.
- Participate in professional organizations, conferences, and user groups.
- Lead reflective lesson‑learning activities to benefit future Project Delivery.
- Review and amend commercial agreements and coach sales/legal on Product Services requirements.
- Assist the team to meet client and employee satisfaction targets while managing financial targets.
- Communicate effectively across internal organizations such as sales, client engagement, onboarding, development & QA, support, and others.
- Provide expertise to client engagements and sales calls.
- Commit to excellence and high‑quality standards in performed duties.

Mandatory Mandates

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, or equivalent) desired; must be willing to obtain one within 18–24 months if not already held.
